Did you have a nice long sleeve yellow running top with you last night (Thursday 24th)?
Did you take it off and hang it up on one of the handy new posts that have sprung up [very] close to the track?
Did you go home and leave it there?
Would you like it back?
If the answer to all these is “yes” then please get in contact with Anne or Stuart.
"Sheila and I were the only E Lothian runners in the Forfar Multi Terrain Half Marathon . An enjoyable though demanding race , involving thigh deep water for several hundred yards and a long hill climb between miles 9 and 10 . Recently acquired info re my Lactate threshold gave me a good excuse to stop running and walk up the hill ! I was 63rd with 1hr 52 and Sheila was 112th with 2 16 44."
