Closing dates for entry for the National Masters and the National Cross Country are approaching fast. The Masters, held in Kilmarnock, is for runners over 40, whilst The National at Falkirk is open to all SAF memebers.
If you would like to have a go at either or both of these events please pass on your DOB and SAF number to Ian Rowland by Thursday 19th Jan (Masters) and 26th Jan (Naional)
